			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I&#8217;m learning how to make bread.  Last week I made rye, but that didn&#8217;t count because it was a mix in a box.  Then after that I made some whole wheat which was supposed to be very light and fluffy, but it came out like a brick &#8211; I think my measurements were off.  Then, last night, I made some garlic and thyme whole wheat, and it was freakin&#8217; awesome.  There are only two slices left right now.  That&#8217;s how good it was.</p>
<p>Still, I know it could be better.  I&#8217;m on the quest for the perfect loaf.</p>
