The Classic is the best choice for an all-around workout to tone up, improve strength, stamina, and flexibility. Graduates of the classic workout schedule may like to try something more challenging: Doubles. In doubles, you're doing two workouts per day. It's very intense and not suitable for those without 2-2.5 hours to devote per day. Finally, the Lean program is for those looking exclusively to lose weight and decrease body fat.
