Learning how to make bread

I’m learning how to make bread. Last week I made rye, but that didn’t count because it was a mix in a box. Then after that I made some whole wheat which was supposed to be very light and fluffy, but it came out like a brick - I think my measurements were off. Then, last night, I made some garlic and thyme whole wheat, and it was freakin’ awesome. There are only two slices left right now. That’s how good it was.

Still, I know it could be better. I’m on the quest for the perfect loaf.
